We, the team at Shubhpanditji, reserve the right to accept or reject new registrations on our website, https://shubhpanditji.com/. We also reserve the right to cancel any service or services purchased and, where applicable, provide a refund for one or more services if the registrant cancels the service or services.
For Pandits
1. Verified leads only
Shubhpanditji provides verified leads, but these leads do not guarantee or confirm a Puja booking. Accepting a lead does not guarantee that the Puja service will be completed.
2. No refund for user cancellation or Pandit change
Once a lead has been assigned, no refund will be provided if the user cancels or postpones the Puja or decides to choose another Pandit.
3. One lead, one Pandit
Each verified lead is assigned to only one Pandit. The same lead will not be provided to multiple Pandits.
4. Lead acceptance responsibility
Pandits should carefully review all available information before accepting a lead. Once a lead is accepted, it will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Policy acceptance
By accepting leads through the Shubhpanditji platform, Pandits confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Account deletion and balance policy for Pandits
Pandits are advised that when they request account deletion, any remaining balance or coins in their account will be forfeited.
No refund will be provided for unused balances or coins at the time of account closure.
Pandits are encouraged to use their available balance and coins before requesting account deletion.
Once the account deletion process is completed, all associated balances and coins will be permanently removed and will not be refundable.
By proceeding with account deletion, Pandits acknowledge and accept these terms.
Professional conduct and account suspension
Pandit Ji and all users are expected to communicate respectfully with the Shubhpanditji team, staff, and representatives at all times.
The use of abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behaviour toward any Shubhpanditji team member or staff is strictly prohibited.
If any Pandit or user violates this requirement, Shubhpanditji reserves the right to temporarily block or suspend their account for up to 15 days without prior notice.
Any violation of Shubhpanditji’s Terms & Conditions, rules, policies, or guidelines may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, as considered appropriate by Shubhpanditji.
