When you book a Pandit Ji through Shubhpanditji, you should first discuss with the Pandit Ji all the required items and arrangements for the pooja. The required items may be brought or purchased by the Pandit Ji or arranged by the user.
The final price may increase or decrease depending on the items, arrangements, and requirements discussed with the Pandit Ji.
Registration and user conduct
If you register for the Service, you may need to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, city, state, and the type of pooja for which you want to hire a Pandit Ji.
This information may be used to process your request and provide confirmation from the Shubhpanditji team.
Professional conduct and account suspension
Pandit Ji and all users are expected to communicate respectfully with the Shubhpanditji team, staff, and representatives at all times.
The use of abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behaviour towards any Shubhpanditji team member or staff is strictly prohibited.
If a Pandit Ji or user violates this requirement, Shubhpanditji reserves the right to temporarily block or suspend the account for up to 15 days without prior notice.
Any violation of Shubhpanditji’s Terms & Conditions, rules, policies, or guidelines may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, as considered appropriate by Shubhpanditji.

User responsibilities
Your permission to use the Site is subject to the following conditions:
Shubhpanditji may update your name, email address, phone number, and password when reasonably required. Your account information must not be shared with any unauthorized third party.
You are fully responsible for your account and all activities that take place while you are signed in or using your account.
You must not post any information that is malicious, defamatory, false, or inaccurate.

You agree not to use Shubhpanditji Services to store, transmit, or receive any unacceptable or inappropriate content.
Time duration
This Agreement begins when the user creates an order or completes a guest checkout and continues until the end of the Initial Term.
At the end of the Initial Term, unless otherwise agreed, this Agreement will automatically renew for one year or for a period equal to the Initial Term, whichever is shorter, at the then-current applicable rate for the Service.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice within 30 days.
Data privacy
In this Agreement, the terms data controller, data processor, personal data, sensitive personal data, and processing refer to the personal data and sensitive personal data provided to Shubhpanditji in connection with the Service.
Data protection laws refer to applicable data protection legislation, including the SPI Rules 2011 and any amendments, revisions, re-enactments, or consolidations thereof.
You agree that you are the data controller and Shubhpanditji is the data processor.
Shubhpanditji will use the Data only according to your instructions as stated or referred to in this Agreement for providing the Service.
Shubhpanditji will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of the Data against unauthorized or unlawful access or processing, alteration, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Shubhpanditji will take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of staff who have access to Data processed in connection with the Service.
The parties acknowledge that providing the Service may require the transfer of Data to Shubhpanditji subcontractors or servers (“Recipients”) in other countries where appropriate protections are in place for the transfer of personal data.
